Whats your take on faux fur? I am personally loving the endless combination of the texture paired with other materials. With, leather, wood, or even metal, faux fur adds warmth, volume, and a whole lot of character. I enjoy seeing in it in unexpected places and with other interesting furniture selections.

Fun Having - Fall Home Show Toronto 2012

All in the name of charity,I was the invited to take it to the main stage at The Toronto Fall Home. I was a part of a group of five media reps to take part in the  Media flora arrangement challenge. With ten minutes to work,we all worked our creative fingers to pull off a winning design. A $1,000 was given to The Habitat for Humanity on behalf of the winner, with the second place of $500,00. Wow talk about a great time for a great cause!

Warm Wishes

With the rain and cold breeze of today's weather I am longing to do one thing -escape to the comfort of a warm blanket. These days I have had use my blanket a little more often while relaxing at home. I love nothing more than curling up my on the sofa after a long day with a warm beverage in hand and wrapping myself in the blanket bliss of life at home. Of all the seasonal products that come out this time of the year, I always like to check out the selection of blankets and throws, they truly help to warm up the thoughts of colder days ahead.

1. I dream of flying all around the world in my later years, only trouble is I am so afraid of heights.

Lucite Visions( Creative Soul Friday )

Lucite has to be one of those decor looks I can never get enough off. This, not to say I would want to see it all over someones home. I think its best received when it is used as as special member of an already well designed room.
